Role Description
As part-time Production Assistant and Airport Lei Greeter you'll navigate the entire operation - from making and shipping fresh flower lei, to greeting arriving visitors at the airport with aloha. Ideal candidate will be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including both daytime and evening shifts. Daytime shifts are between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm and evening shifts are between 4:00pm-11:00pm. Duration of shift will be approximately 6 hours and start and end time will vary depending on scheduled shipments and flight arrival times, which vary from day to day.
We are accepting resumes for both daytime shifts and evening shifts.
We operate 7 days a week, every day of the year with overtime paid on certain holidays. Immediate start date is available with paid training period. Must pass a federal background check upon being hired in order to obtain an airport greeter badge from the State of Hawaii. As a Production Assistant and Airport Lei Greeter, your day-to-day tasks will include arriving at our office located across the street from the Honolulu International Airport, making leis, preparing greeting signs, and then heading over to the airport on foot to greet our visitors upon arrival. This position requires a lot of walking, wonderful engagement with customers and team members, and proactive problem solving when necessary.
